StartupQA L.L.C. (“StartupQA,” “we,” “us”) is based in Rochester, Minnesota. This policy explains what information we collect through startupqa.io, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What We Collect
When you submit the contact form or the AI audit form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, company name, and a description of your release or AI concern. The contact form also asks which industry you're in. These forms are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, which emails the submission directly to our inbox.
If you email us directly, we receive your message and the contact details you include in it.
How We Use It
We use the information you submit only to respond to your request and to provide the QA services you ask us about. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
We share information only with the service providers needed to run this site and deliver form submissions to us (currently, Web3Forms), or when required by law. We do not otherwise share your information with third parties.
Email Tools and Google User Data
StartupQA uses a private internal tool, Joe Agents, to manage its own Gmail mailboxes. With the account owner's permission, Joe Agents uses the Gmail API to read, search, label, archive, and draft messages. It does not send or delete email. Sign-in tokens used by Joe Agents are stored only on our own computer.
Data received from Google APIs through Joe Agents is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising, and not used to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Joe Agents' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can review or revoke Joe Agents' access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Your Choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the details below.
