You're a new company. Should I be worried?
Fair question. We don't have case studies yet because we're pre-revenue. But we're transparent about that, and we're offering flexible month-to-month terms with no long-term commitment. You can pause or cancel with 2 weeks notice.
How does the Egypt-based team work?
Your U.S.-based QA lead manages the Egypt engineers and owns all results. The Egypt team works during overlap hours (8am-12pm ET) and provides daily updates in Slack. Bug reports go directly into your tools (Linear, Jira, etc.).
What if the quality isn't good?
No long-term contract. If you're not getting value, you can stop with 2 weeks notice. Our U.S. lead is accountable for quality—if bugs are missed or communication breaks down, we'll address it or part ways.
How quickly can you start?
Typically 1 week after we agree on scope and pricing. Your U.S. lead gets access to your product, the Egypt engineers start testing, and you start getting daily updates.
